The List

Welcome to my goal list/bucket list/101 in 1001/30 before 30/or whatever you want to call it.  

This is a place where I can write out some of the things I want to do in my life.  I want a place to document it and share it with you as I go along in this adventure called life.

If it looks like this, then it's complete!

Things to Do

-- Teach full-time in a school

-- Get my music endorsement

Take a class that will benefit me and my career

-- Save up and buy a house

Pay off all student loans

Create a Jackson Pollock painting (12/2/11 - Look at them here)

-- Get one of my pictures put on a canvas

-- Scrapbook our wedding
-- Scrapbook our honeymoon
-- Go on a backpacking trip once a year
-- Complete a photography scavenger hunt

-- Help my husband apply to graduate school

-- Have a garden of our own

Brew some good mead (December 2012 - post to come!)

-- Can at least 20 jars of salsa

-- Can at least 1 other thing
-- Have at least 10 plants in the house (5/10)

-- Get a juicer and start juicing

-- Go 100 days without fast food 

-- Have a photo-shoot with my husband

-- Get some sexy black boots

-- Own our own dog
-- Commission a piece of art from a friend

-- Try for a baby - yes, I said it!

-- Make a cheesecake from scratch for my husband

Have a party at our house with close friends (12/4/11)

Play tennis with my husband (Done 5/8/12 - he kicks my butt!)

-- Beat my husband at some outdoor game

Get a pedicure (Success! 5/19/12)

Run at least one 5k a year - ('12)

-- Complete a half marathon
-- Complete a marathon
-- Try yoga

-- Get an entirely new & different haircut

Places to Go

-- Climb a mountain

-- Las Vegas

-- Explore the San Juan Islands

-- Whistler

-- Visit my best friend from Japan IN Japan, Emi

-- Africa 

-- New Zealand (because we are LOTR nerds)

-- Europe - preferably Germany, Netherlands, UK, and Italy (though I wouldn't mind other places)

-- Seattle Sounders game

-- Seattle Seahawks game

-- Do something fun/crazy for New Years

-- See the Nutcracker ballet

-- See Harry Connick Jr. in concert

-- See the musical Wicked

-- Tour a winery
